Goal 138 (Renovate my unit with air-conditioning, new oven and new paint job) is rather a boring one, but one that I would like to do to improve the condition of the apartment I own in St Kilda (near Port Phillip Bay in Melbourne).

There are three parts to this goal, which are to install air-con, install a new oven, and give the whole place a new coat of paint, to cover up some of the cracks in the wall.

Part 2 is now done – brand-spanking new oven is now installed, and the current tenant is loving it. Certainly a nice change from the one that I used to have there, which was from the 1970s and had no temperature gauge.

Thus ends an extremely boring post!
