Help Me!

I NEED YOUR HELP!

As you may have noticed, I haven’t posted much of recent times. I guess given this is a six-year project, there will be slow times. This is one of them.

I could keep blaming my new surroundings, and the late hours at work. But I have been doing that for a couple of months now, and it doesn’t do much good.

So I need your help to get me going again, and blow the cobwebs away.

All you have to do is look at the list of goals I have left, and nominate one (or two, or three) for me to complete in January. Then I will do my best to complete it in January, and dedicate the goal’s completion to you.

So, nominate away!

    Hey,

I nominate goal 1. Take a meditation class. It’s a short term goal so it might help you get the ball rolling again. That and I’m interested in taking one next year. Could be handy to have a review of what they are like before I go do one.

    Hey Heath

167, 173 and 163 are very doable in January! Hope this helps get ya movin again!

    Goodluck!

Someone else sent me an email nominating 167, so it looks like I better start booking an acupuncturist for next month. Thanks Liam and Deb for the nominations so far.

I second (or third?!) #167 because just last week I had my first acupuncture session ever and it was amazing!! Highly recommended.

But since that was already taken I’m also nominating #137 (say hello to 10 strangers in one day) because that’s also easy to do if you hang around at bus stops and stuff, I reckon. But I would up that to “having a short conversation with 10 strangers in one day” because that’s more likely to get you some interesting stories to tell us. It’s something I often do (usually at bus stops!) and I enjoy it! Don’t think I’ve ever done 10 in one day though … Good luck!

That is exciting, I will go and try the acupunture too! Was always scared of the thought, but now am curious….. it’s exciting trying new things that you normally wouldn’t think of doing…..

    Goodluck Heath!

    G’day Heath

I would think January would be as good a time as any to write home to family & friends (contributing to goal 58)and to sell something on e-bay – possibly an unwanted xmas gift? (goal 85).

Also, you may want to complete your no tele for one week goal (29) & start seeing some of those bottom 100 movies instead (goal 52).

    Good luck and keep smiling.

    Sarah
